NovaSparks appliances are capable of both performance and data distribution scalability. With increasing data volumes from exchanges and venues, managing the amount of market data becomes a major challenge and delivering only what the application requires becomes critical. NovaSparks appliances have the capability to deliver specific data to specific end applications in a tailored way. Competitive connectivity capability can become a restriction with a one-size-fits-all approach.
The NovaSparks Gen2 Packet Dispatcher is capable of taking one PCIe output and feeding it into a separate NovaSparks appliance which in turn could contain a further 24 outputs, each feeding unique applications with their own filters, watch lists and order books. This capability can continue almost infinitely where NovaSparks appliances can be daisy-chained to be distribution centres of low latency information. This approach eliminates unnecessary network traffic and also delivers specific information to specific applications as it is needed.
